Rewards are multiplied in these 10 days of Dhul-Hijjah

Welcome to the month of Dhul-Hijjah 1439H

Praise be to Allah Who has created Time and has made some times like months or days and nights better than others, when rewards are multiplied many times, as a mercy towards His slaves.

Imagine, you find a SALE with crazy price of your favorite stuff in a store, and you know that it rarely happens. But you also know that it lasts only for an hour while the store limits the number of the stuff you've been looking for. What are you gonna do? It's very little chance that you're gonna ignore that sale, isn't it?

So what are we gonna do knowing that we are entering the month of Dhul-Hijjah, one of four sacred months in islam in which Rewards are multiplied for people who collect good deeds at the moment? Absolutely as a Muslim we would make sure that we don't miss any of these important occasion, because time is passing quickly.

And among the special seasons of worship are the first ten days of Dhul-Hijjah, which Allah has preferred over all the other days of the year.

Ibn ‘Abbaas (may Allah be pleased with him and his father) reported that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "There are no days in which righteous deeds are more beloved to Allah than these ten days." The people asked, "Not even jihad for the sake of Allah ?" He said, "Not even jihad for the sake of Allah, except in the case of a man who went out to fight giving himself and his wealth up for the cause, and came back with nothing (died and got the shahadah)." (Reported by al-Bukhaari, 2/457).

Another virtue of these ten days is based on Allah's oath by them, and swearing an oath by something is indicative of its importance and great benefit. Allah says (interpretation of the meaning): "By the dawn; by the ten nights" [al-Fajr 89:1-2].

Ibn ‘Abbaas, Ibn al-Zubayr, Mujaahid and others of the earlier and later generations said that this refers to the first ten days of Dhu’l-Hijjah. Ibn Katheer said: "This is the correct opinion." (Tafseer Ibn Katheer, 8/413)

And there are many other hadeeth or Qur'anic verses that implied the value of these ten days.

So let's make many benefits from these worship days. You may delay, but time will not.
